Unknown_sigma ppk, pholyphosphate kinase gene. In the ppk mutant strain, this incresed the antibiotic actinorhodin production with enhanced transcription of actII-ORF4 encoding the specific activator of the actinorhodin pathway. Also, the transcription of redD (specific activator of the undecylprodigiosin) and cdaR (specific activotors of the calcium-dependent antibiotic pathways) are increased.
