Stress response sigma factor with a dual role in salt stress-response and morphological differentiation; sigH has two isoforms, sig52 and sig37 (Sevcikova J,et al. 2002). Kim YJ, et al. 2008(PMID: 19087294) also suggested sigH is also strongly upregulated by the pH shock. |
